Sports Performance Coaching
Individualized programming designed by Doctors of Physical Therapy and Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialists. Our experts develop individualized training programs tailored to help athletes achieve their specific sports performance goals.
How it works
Day #1: History and Movement Assessment
- We begin by discussing your workout history, goals, and aspirations to get a deep understanding of where you are and where you want to be.
Day #2: Establishing baseline
- Using key performance metrics, we assess your baseline for relevant movements and lifts. This gives us a clear picture and guide for tracking progress.
Days #3 and #4: Tailored program
- Based on the insights from the assessment and data collection, we develop a personalized program designed specifically for your needs. With close guidance from our trainers, you'll work through each exercise to solidify your foundation.
Continued Supervision and Nutrition Counseling
- Once you're set up with programming, our staff is always on call to answer questions or correct technique. Periodically, we'll meet with you to update your programming as you progress, or to accommodate the seasonal changes of your sport. Method Athletics athletes also have access to our staff for nutrition counseling, to help ensure you're fueling properly for your sport and workouts.

Flexible, high-level coaching options designed to fit your goals and schedule.
- Custom Programming: Our DPTs and Certified Strength Coaches craft training programs specific to your level, needs, and goals.
- Workout Oversight: We always have our certified coaches and/or therapists on site to correct technique, answer questions, or modify movements as needed.
- Flexible Training Schedules: We understand our athletes schedules can be demanding. With coaching hours available Monday through Saturday, schedule your training at times convenient for you.
- Nutrition and Recovery: All Method Athletics athletes have access to nutrition counseling and our Recovery Lounge, regardless of plan.
- Custom Programming: Our team will craft a training program tailored to your specific level and goals.
- One-on-One Sessions: Get one-on-one attention and guidance from our elite coaches during each session.
- Dedicated Time Slots: No matter what's happening in our facility, our elite coaches and specialized equipment will be reserved for you to get the most out of your session.
