We specialize in one-on-one training and physical therapy, tailoring our coaching and rehab programs to each client’s unique needs. Whether it’s a young baseball player starting their sports journey or an active adult nursing a pickleball injury—and everything in between—we assist athletes at all ages and skill levels with the utmost care and attention.
Our entire team is licensed and certified. So on top of keeping all training highly-personalized, we’ve read the research, tested our knowledge, and spent countless hours assisting other athletes in order to be our best for you.

Our Team
Robert grew up in Oklahoma and earned a Bachelor's degree in exercise science from the University of Oklahoma. Before attending physical therapy school, he served for seven years in the United States Air Force, including a tour in Afghanistan. After completing physical therapy school, he began working in outpatient orthopedics at Washington University in St. Louis, where he developed a passion for sports-related rehabilitation. Now, as the owner of Method Athletics, he is excited to use his past experiences to further enhance what is already an incredible clinic. Robert looks forward to continuing to serve adolescent athletes and active adults in Frankfort and the surrounding communities.
Ryan grew up locally in Mokena, Illinois, where he grew up enjoying sports and eventually found a passion for exercise and movement in High School. This passion led him to study at Grand Valley State University where he received his Bachelor's in Clinical Exercise Science in 2017. Today he is co-owner and the Director of Sports Performance, in charge of overseeing the programming and performance of athletes. In addition, coach Ryan hopes to help improve mental health awareness, and reduce the stigmas associated with it. In his free time he enjoys basketball, playing video games, and hitting the gym.
Kyle grew up in Champaign, Illinois, and has always been a sports fanatic, transitioning his competitive energy from football and track to the golf course. In addition to his Doctor of Physical Therapy degree, he is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) through NSCA and holds Titleist Performance Institute (TPI) certification, enabling him to assess how physical condition impacts a golfer’s swing. Kyle is passionate about helping individuals function at their highest capacity and achieve their personal goals.
Josh is a dedicated physical therapist from Wahoo, NE, with a Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Washington University in St. Louis. In addition to his clinical expertise, he holds a personal training certification from the National Academy of Sports Medicine, allowing him to integrate rehabilitation with fitness strategies. A graduate of the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, Josh’s passion for sports, particularly football and hockey, drives his commitment to helping athletes and individuals optimize their recovery and performance. Outside of the clinic, he enjoys supporting the Nebraska Huskers and Minnesota Vikings.
Blake is a physical therapist from Dallas, TX, who earned his Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Washington University in St. Louis. He holds a bachelor's degree in health science from Hendrix College, where he also played football. Blake brings his athletic background and clinical expertise to help patients achieve optimal recovery and performance. In his free time, he enjoys golfing, hiking, and cheering on the Dallas Cowboys and Oklahoma State Cowboys.
Tom grew up in New Lenox, developing a love for sports and a commitment to service through the US Army JROTC program at Marmion Academy. After serving four years in the Army, including a year in Afghanistan, he earned a degree in Exercise Science and certifications in kettlebell instruction and Functional Movement Screening. Now a Physical Therapist Assistant, he uses his expertise to combine strength training with medical interventions to help clients move better and achieve their goals.
Jen brings over 20 years of experience in the service industry to Method, where her customer service and scheduling skills are invaluable. As a busy mom of four active kids, she understands the importance of maintaining a balanced and active lifestyle, which fuels her passion for health, wellness, and fitness. Jen is excited to support both clients and the team at Method, ensuring a seamless experience for everyone who steps into the elite training and rehabilitation facility.
